Halloween is almost here! My kids and I are overly excited because it’s time for us to buy new Halloween costumes. My two boys have used their batman and robin costumes for the last two years and so I’ve decided that it’s time for them to sport a new look. My eight year old daughter on the other hand is so addicted to Hannah Montana that she refuses to use her fairy costume this year. She really wants to go trick or treating as Hannah Montana and promised to be fix her room everyday just so I’d buy her a Hannah costume. Since I know the feeling of wanting something so bad (you’d do almost anything to get it), I gave in to my daughter’s request and agreed to get her a Hannah costume this year. On the condition that she will keep her promise to fix her bedroom every single day.

Anyways, my two boys had trouble deciding which character they’ll imitate. Both of them loved Ben 10 but there’s also this Transformers craze going on. In the end, they settled for Transformers costumes; since they are already 5 and 6 years old they really don’t want to get left out in school or in the neighborhood.

First we went to the mall to check out what costumes were available. To our dismay, there were very few costumes to choose from, and most of their stocks for the reasonably priced ones are already old.
