I love Clenziderm Gel. I have never had any luck with any other products - Proactive, RetinA, etc. I have been using Clenziderm for over a year and LOVE it!! You can see results the next day.
It works. I had pretty bad acne, and I started this about 4 months ago. You must be pacient, and I'd advice you start taking it with and anitbiotic pill. The first two months were miserable, I was breaking out in places I never had and my skin was redder then ever, but you have to kinda experiement with how much of the last step you use. I used all three steps at night and in the morning the first step, with a light moisturizer after. My skin is finally starting to look better than ever and every morning i wake up it looks better than the day before.
Does anyone know how to decide whether to purchase the Obagi Clenziderm M.D. normal to oily or normal to dry when you have acne? My skin tends to be on the sensitive, red side.
I absolutely love it. It is expensive, but worth every penny. I've had severe acne for about 5 years now, and within the first weeks of using this, it just disappeared! The acne does sometimes come back even when I use the product, but if I use anything else, then it's 10 times worse. I still do have mild acne, but it's definitely the best product out there.

This stuff really works. I tried Proactive with no results. When I heard about Obagi Clenziderm I decided to give it a try. I was surprised how quickly the treatment worked. I used it the night I got it and the next morning I noticed that my acne was subsiding and no new bumps were forming... amazing!
